Return/30 Day Refund Policy


Software, DVDs, CDs, and custom orders are nonrefundable. Kaplan Professional Schools will replace defective items only; please notify us within 5 days of receipt. For other items and courses, see information below. Please contact Kaplan Professional Schools within 30 days of purchase (1-877-753-6157) to receive a return/refund authorization and ship-to information prior to returning items to Kaplan Professional Schools. A restocking fee of 20% of original selling price will be charged on all product returns. Returned goods must be in a new and re-saleable condition. We recommend returned merchandise be shipped insured and traceable. Kaplan Professional Schools is not responsible for loss or theft during transit. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please allow 30 days from receipt at the designated Kaplan Professional Schools location for refund processing.

Class Cancellation Policy. Class cancellation policies vary by state. Please consult your class catalog (www.homeinspection.com/homework) for more information. Class cancellations require the student to submit a written notice of cancellation to the following address: 332 Front Street South, Suite 501, La Crosse, WI 54601. To return course materials, please call 1-877-753-6157.

No refunds on overpayments under $5.00. Returned checks will be subject to a $20 service charge. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days of original order date. Return and refund policies are subject to change without notice.
