RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
KPS-ITA needs to be notified of any intended return, and a Return Goods Evaluation Number (RGEN) needs to be obtained by the customer prior to shipping any items back to KPS-ITA. A restocking fee of 20% of the original selling price will be charged on all returns. Returned goods must be in a new, resaleable condition. We recommend returned merchandise be shipped insured and traceable. If goods are mailed without the appropriate insurance, KPS-ITA is not responsible for loss or theft during transit. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Class Cancellation Policy. Students needing to cancel a class they are registered for must submit a written notice of cancellation to the following address: 1050 Los Vallecitos Blvd, Suite 109, San Marcos, CA 92069, or email us here. If returning materials purchased for the course, please call 1-888-323-9235 to obtain a Return Goods Evaluation Number and further instructions (There are different return/refund requirements based on the state and/or course you are signed up for). Inspection Expo / Conference Cancellation Policy: Refund given if written cancellation is received at least 30 days before the conference. A service charge of $75 will be deducted from the refundable registration fee. Fee is non-refundable within 30 days of the conference.

Software and video tapes are nonrefundable. Custom orders are nonrefundable. KPS-ITA will replace defective items only. Many products/services have specific return and refund information on their appropriate publication or web page; please reference each item's specific advertisement or web page or contact KPS-ITA for clarification.

No refunds on overpayments under $5.00. Returned checks will be subject to a $20 service charge. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days of original order date.
